The meaning of Announcement is a message or information conveyed to the public. 

The purpose of the announcement is to convey something so that it is known by the public (the public). Usually announcements only convey messages or information so that the public knows.

as for how to make an announcement as follows:

a. Clarity

Read sentence by sentence clearly so that the announcement you read is clear and the content is easy to understand.

b. Pronunciation

Pronounce letters or words correctly, so that the sentence that is read does not have a different meaning.

c. Intonation

High and low notes when you read. With the right intonation the meaning of the conversation will be easy to understand and understand.

d. Pause

Time stops for a moment when you read, what is meant by pausing for a moment is when we take a breath. Pause also determines the content when you read the announcement.

e. Sound volume

A very important factor when you are reading or speaking. The listener will not be able to understand the content or the intent of the reader if the reader speaks too slowly. The place and atmosphere when speaking also affects the volume of the voice. For example, when you are speaking in a ceremonial field, you should speak aloud so that all the attendees hear your speech clearly.
